This wine has an intense bouquet of blueberry and olallieberry, and its dark color accentuates the richness of this wine. These dark fruit flavors carry through in the wine, adding some black cherry, blackberry and vanilla notes introduced from the new French oak aging barrels. The wine finishes off with pleasing tannins and an interesting chalk rock feel. This is a full bodied Pinot that will surely stand the test of time.
