This wine has a big, spicy nose, especially for a wine with only 12.5% alcohol. This wine is especially soft on the palate with a velvety elegance reminiscent of a warm blanket on a cool day. Flavors of raspberries and cinnamon seem to never leave your mouth. I’m thinking Osso Bucco right about now with a hearty Polenta! While easily enjoyed now, don’t be bashful to hold for 2 or 3 more years.
