There is an initial cedar box character on the nose that develops in mature wines, and a hint of cloves. Excellent acidity, characteristic of all our wines, provides proof of the importance of good acids for wine aging. The wine still exhibits a bright, ripe fig character with moderate tannins. This wine is at full maturity and should be enjoyed over the next year or so.
