Come experience the rustic elegance of Galante Vineyards, a 700-acre property nestled in the hills of sunny Carmel Valley. Our outdoor only facility is a perfect setting for private tours, tastings and picnics, overlooking the beautiful and peaceful Cachagua Valley and only miles from Carmel Valley. Private tours and tastings at the winery can be made by appointment only by calling 831-624-3800 or emailing wine@galantevineyards.com.
Tours and tastings are $40/person (for tours of 4 or more – please inquire for tours of less than 4 guests). A gourmet box lunch can also be provided for $25/person. Helicopter tours can be arranged through Specialized Helicopter.
Winery and Ranch Directions: 
PLEASE NOTE: We would love you to visit the winery, however we ask that you schedule an appointment in advance for a tour and tasting as we are not always staffed at the winery.
The drive to Galante Vineyards, while somewhat tenuous, offers beautiful vistas of Carmel Valley and the Santa Lucia Highlands. Please allow yourself plenty of time to get to the property, as it often takes longer than you think. You will be provided with detailed driving directions once you book a tour.
From the Carmel Valley Village you will follow the Carmel Valley Road southeast road for approximately 5 miles until you see the turnoff for the Cachagua Road, Los Padres Dam. Turn right on this road and follow it for 5.1 miles. The road is very narrow and winding. You will see a tall (8 foot) mesh and barbed wire fence with greenish posts on your left and you will come to a green metal double gate. Pass this gate and follow the road another 1/2 mile to the next gate on your left. You will be provided with the Gate Entry Code with your reservation. Follow the signs to the winery.
